Delete your Nidi account

In the app, tap your picture on Today, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.

No app? Write from the email on your account

We write back when it is done, usually within two working days.

What happens

Your personal data is deleted and you can no longer sign in. What you sent stays in your family's Memory, unless you ask to delete it too. Backup copies are deleted automatically within 90 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
